Dear my kind staff members,

 On this first day of the new year, I would like to congratulate and thank all of our staffs for their hard work and achievement of the best results in our history in 2023.

 I wish you all a healthy and happy new year, and let us continue to work hard at work so that we can continue to grow and improve our company and each other's lives.

 As we enter this new year, I would like to make a few requests.

First, let us strive to reduce the defect rate and minimize the defect rate compared to last year.
